Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

In our online shop you can order from the comfort of your own home and choose from a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

PayPal

PayPal is a payment service that allows you to shop and pay online conveniently, quickly and securely.

That's how it works:

• If you have selected Paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to Paypal.
• If you are already a Paypal customer, you can now enter your user data and confirm the payment.

Klarna

With Klarna you can conveniently pay by credit card, instant bank transfer or invoice. You can view and manage all of your purchases within the Klarna app. 

That's how it works:

• If you have selected Klarna as your payment method, you will be redirected to Klarna.
• Now you can review the order and shipping details and complete the payment.
• With Klarna you have 30 days to pay your bill.

Instant bank transfer

Sofortüberweisung is a convenient and fast payment method. It works like a normal bank transfer. 

The difference is that a service provider is involved in the payment process, which confirms the payment to us and takes responsibility for it until the money has reached us, so that we can ship our products immediately after receiving the order.

That's how it works:

• After selecting Sofortüberweisung you will be redirected to a page where you can select your bank.
• You then have to enter your online banking details. 
• Now the transfer must be confirmed using a TAN or PIN. We receive a transfer confirmation and can process the payment directly.

Credit card

You can also pay by credit card easily and without risk. We support the following credit card providers:

VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

That's how it works:

• If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will then be asked for the card number, the name of the cardholder, the expiration date of the card and the security code.
• When paying by credit card, the credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

It's even faster with our Express Checkout. This can be done via ShopPay, Paypal or GooglePay. You can access the Express Checkout immediately when you select "Checkout" in your shopping cart.
